Who conducts your Valuation?

Your property is valued by a Certified Practicing Valuer who assesses the value of land, buildings and other improvements that influence the value of your property.

The process involves a full internal and external inspection of the property. Certified Practicing Valuers are independent and have no vested interest in the properties they value.
